About:
Designing a success plan looks different for everyone, in any space. You can be self-sufficient and order templates on “available now.” Or we can plan new habits together, and arrange your space to support those habits.
Because the foundations of health are expansive, so are the solutions to healing. Health is our ability to live; let’s expand into more of our senses to feel better in our lives.
When we choose to be in beauty, we become beauty. When our environment is peaceful, our physical body systems can work together peacefully. FIG Healing spaces offers support at many levels.

A field trip through the org.
a lot has happened since we last talked. but then again, most animals hibernate in the winter. here’s what we can look forward to together.
Part 2. Realign.
When we add rest & reflection into our day, we can improve our bodies natural state of being. We have less stressful states, and easier and more positive connection from our mind to body, and body to mind. Growth feels in our grasp, and the ease of the ups and downs of life becomes a little more predictable. Work feels good.
Habits of awareness and choice.
When it comes down to it, each action we take is either unconsciously chosen by a previous moment, or consciously decided in the moment. With goal achievement it’s about being open minded to changing the smallest habits to make the biggest differences in our life. To start, it begins with understanding how much there is to one action, so we can expand in it, finding more to resonate with and create a deeper investment in that activity. Consciousness is rewarded with connection.
Blog 5. Physical health review.
Our evolution has landed us in place to be self-regulated to support the growth of others. That starts with taking control of our breath. Something that was once a response, can now be to empower. Here, we find our energy within, it’s used more than we think.
Blog Three. Teaching and Learning.
To be a conscious observer in our own life is to recognize that we can slow down enough to feel everything. Be wise enough to choose an action that fits into our values. And be energized enough to support the things we want to fill our time with.
Blog One. The beginning.
Nature & Notions. A blog spot for the groundwork of understanding about how our brains, mind, and our Self is all connected. It’s about growth, feelings, habits, and the scientific method.
