Part 2. Realign.
When we add rest & reflection into our day, we can improve our bodies natural state of being. We have less stressful states, and easier and more positive connection from our mind to body, and body to mind. Growth feels in our grasp, and the ease of the ups and downs of life becomes a little more predictable. Work feels good.
Habits of awareness and choice.
When it comes down to it, each action we take is either unconsciously chosen by a previous moment, or consciously decided in the moment. With goal achievement it’s about being open minded to changing the smallest habits to make the biggest differences in our life. To start, it begins with understanding how much there is to one action, so we can expand in it, finding more to resonate with and create a deeper investment in that activity. Consciousness is rewarded with connection.
Blog 5. Physical health review.

Blog Three. Teaching and Learning.
To be a conscious observer in our own life is to recognize that we can slow down enough to feel everything. Be wise enough to choose an action that fits into our values. And be energized enough to support the things we want to fill our time with.
Blog One. The beginning.
