About:

As an integrative health coach specializing in transition goal-setting and space re-organization, I help individuals bridge the gap between clinical wellness treatment and their everyday lived environments. My mission is to uplift individuals and communities into a space of stability and growth through structured mindfulness, energy awareness, and conscious physical environment design.

I see a natural opportunity to complement the services and systems you already have and help you arrange things for better use. While your practitioners focus on physical therapy, acupuncture, functional medicine, therapy, I can step in to support your daily life integration, helping you with:

  • Identify critical mindset shifts and establish awareness of "energy in and out."

    • Together we navigate major life transitions by creating weekly habit plans so you feel connected, optimistic, and prepared for their next stage of life through coaching sessions and check-ins. I encourage you through this and provide you with take away notes for tracking your progress on your goals

  • Re-organize your physical spaces to sustain your mindfulness practices and support healing.

    • Together, we plan for movement flow of what you need more of, and eliminate clutter and blockages towards ease of use for the things you need.

    • I come in to do the work, and encourage you on how to best utilize your new space. These are done in 3-10+ hour sessions depending on a needs assessment.

By offering these coaching services to you, we improve our community by enhancing growth together because I provide you with a deeply supportive, multidimensional pathway to lasting health.

Designing a success plan looks different for everyone, in any space. You can be self-sufficient and order templates on “Leaves” Or we can plan new habits together, and arrange your space to support those habits.

Jessika Burrow is the founder of FIG Healing Spaces and a dedicated integrative health coach and creative director. With over a decade of experience in teaching health, fitness, and social-emotional learning, Jessika holds a B.A. in Secondary Health and Fitness. Her career has been defined by a commitment to fostering wellness, from leading school district curriculum boards to coaching award-winning athletic programs. Jess grew up on 2 acres of garden spaces consistently transforming tree trunks into forts, and soil into beds for the flowers. With a gift of flexible thinking, her ability to repurpose items to improve their functionality and access saves energy in the design and your healing journey.
