A beautiful outdoor living space on the cliffs of Camano Island, WA is looking to be remodeled into an event space to host your friends, family and clients at this Healing Space. Already on the property is cliff side views of the puget sound, lush green gardens and lawn, a canopy of trees for shade and beauty. Campfire and eating spaces, gravel driveway for access, and restrooms for comfort and ease. Your donations will grandmother you into a “founders price*,” for a two night stay once the project is complete.

Space design and elevation is an opportunity to turn your living and work environments into something of peace and healing. Feeling down in your space? Often times an outsiders perspective and organizing mind can help uplift the efficiency, purpose, and view. With space design, we take what you have to create an outdoor living space you actually use and enjoy. We focus on up-cycling and creative DIY to keep costs down and our planet with a little less waste.
What is Graphic Note-taking?

Graphic note-taking brings key phrases and goals to life. Have lesson you need a graphic organizer for? Send us the video/podcast/chapter, and we can create a completed and interactive 1-page document for viewers to navigate through. Leading a meeting and want your group to be interacting with your information? Send over the agenda, and we can add leading questions to provoke growth oriented thoughts. Are you a therapist?

NOPE! I have not gone through such requirements it takes to do the beautifully crafted work they do either. I have however, invested 13+ years in coaching teens, adults, in group and 1:1 fitness and health settings. I’ve Specialized in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and have integrated these principles and behaviors into movement based activities for people of all ages.

its jess! Me! I stepped away from teaching in public schools as I wanted a larger reach at public health education. I felt I have a niche in the collaboration of health and art and wanted to explore the crossover. I love diving deeper into biology and neuroscience, and up-cycling house items to find an efficient purpose for a living space. My goal is to help support people in their healthy life journeys, what ever that looks like for them.
Current Services
Garage, living rooms, backyard, staff break rooms, I’m here to help you find ease and peace in your work. Turn any space into an “up-cycled” re-org. No demolitions, repurposed items, and a little paint. Purchase price is for a consultation. Projects starting from 3 hours to 10 or more hours.
Our first 11 minutes phone or video call will be free, to check in a see how I can best support you in your healing journey. We will plan our first coaching session from there.
In a follow up meeting we will:
Co-design a journal/planner/guide to translate your goal into action, you will receive a physical or digital planner to reference as you work towards the goal.
We will re-engage through check-in meetings at your scheduling, for as long as you need, for questions, encouragement, and brainstorming.
